Professional Liability Program
CMA members practicing public accounting or providing consulting services, whether full- or part-time, should consider protecting themselves with Professional Liability insurance, also known as Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance.
Two simple steps to obtaining coverage for the first time:
- Download the E&O application on the “applications page”.
- Remit your application with payment to Attention: Kristin Mavroudi.
If paying by credit card: fax the application to Kristin Mavroudi at 416-595-1649
If paying by cheque: mail the application with your payment to:

Once completed, please fax the form to Kristin Mavroudi at 416-595-1649 .
Office Property Package
This program includes both Office Property and Commercial General Liability (CGL) coverage. This package is available to CMA’s who subscribe to the E&O policy.
