LMS PROLINK proudly offers a comprehensive suite of insurance products for members of the ODHA.

Our program offering includes coverage for Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions Liability) as well as Commercial General Liability (CGL).

Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) Insurance will cover you for mistakes committed while performing professional activities within the scope of your operations as a Dental Hygienist. This protection offers coverage for allegations of negligence, whether factual or not and your legal costs accumulated in the defense of a subsequent civil suit.

Commercial General Liability (CGL) is intended to cover claims brought against self-employed dental hygienists by third parties alleging bodily injury or property damage based on policy terms and conditions. The protection is designed to work with and not duplicate coverage from the professional liability insurance. Please note that CGL coverage is offered separately from the Professional Liability Coverage.
